Special orders require payment before we begin baking as once we begin baking, we can't "undo" it. (There's no ctrl+z in real life, believe me, I've tried!). As with all our baked products, special orders are also non-refundable and final sale. If you have any issues with the order, please reach out and let us know so we can make it right!
