We personally harvest water directly from the Jetty on super clear days, early in the morning before sun bathers and boats make their way out into the sea. We bring home bucket fulls and spend the day sterilizing and boiling down the water until, like magic, it turns into salt. We then bake on low to remove any remaining moisture and voila! We deliver bright white, crystal clear, pure North Jetty Sea Salt, ready for yoour tastebuds!
